Health Guarantee and Replacement Policy

This puppy is warranted to be in good health, to the best of mine and my vets knowledge at the time of sale. To validate this Replacement Policy, the Purchaser must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within THREE (3) DAY'S of pick-up. If the veterinarian certifies in writing that the puppy is physically unsound, the puppy and written veterinarians statement as to why the puppy is unsound must be returned to me within 3 days of exam, at which time the puppy will be replaced if one of equal value, sex and color is available. If not the puppy will be replaced as soon as one becomes available or a refund will be provided.
   Examination is at the expense of the Purchaser. SHOULD YOU NEGLECT TO TAKE YOUR PUPPY TO A VETERINARIAN FOR THIS EXAMINATION, YOU WILL ACCEPT IMMEDIATE AND FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE PUPPY'S HEALTH. You have 1 year on life threatening inherited or congenital defects.
   NO REFUNDS OF ANY KIND WILL BE GIVEN for problems other than the health of the animal. I will not accept for return or exchange for any reason including allergy, landlord, tenant, or other problems not related directly to the health of the puppy, and shall under no circumstances be obligated for any veterinary, return flight or other expenses incurred for any reason WHATSOEVER.
   NOTE: All pedigree puppies are sold with Full Registration (unless discussed prior). The color or size of a puppy is not guaranteed.
I pay none of the other charges such as Kenneling or any other Lay-Over charges.
I do my best,to estimate the size. but I can not guarantee the size of a puppy.
I reserve the right to refund and stop any sale at any time for any reason.
I reserve the right to ship or not ship depending on puppies size or health or the weather.. I do not ship on demand... Every issue will be considered before arranging shipment of your puppy.
Note:    There is no warranty against Hypoglycemia, Parasites, fleas, hernia, eye problems and Viral or Bacterial Infections unless clinically ill..

Payment of puppy is your agreement to accept this policy. Please be sure to include the following: your name, address (including zip code), phone number and your nearest airport if applicable.   Thank You!! And Congratulations on your new pup.
This written GUARANTEE contains part of the agreement between the parties. A signed contract at purchase is required.
I, as Purchaser, have read and approved the above guarantee. I understand that there is no oral representation or warranties.

    * All pedigree pups are supplied with a CKC registration. No AKC reg's are available. Pups have a 1 year warranty against inherited or congenital defects that are life threatening

    * We accept deposits of $200.00 or more on pups under 8 weeks old. No deposits accepted after 8 weeks old unless arrangements are made earlier.   Purchased by Pay pal, or cash for shipping or pick up.     Balance to be paid at time of booked flight or pick up.   All transactions must be completed within 5 business days. I don't board dogs.   If you purchase a pup and need to board it before taking it home please find a kennel in your area for this.
